Project Overview
As Project Manager and UX/UI Designer, I led the rebranding and digital transformation of ITSANET, a logistics company operating across Latin America. I managed a distributed team across multiple countries, ensuring that the company’s new identity aligned with its operational goals while reflecting the unique dynamics of the Latin American logistics landscape.
ITSANET needed a modernized brand identity that retained its core values while adapting to a fast-changing industry. My role involved structuring an iterative design and feedback process, engaging stakeholders at every step to ensure the brand’s evolution felt organic yet forward-thinking. The result was a visual identity that balanced professionalism, reliability, and cultural resonance.
For the company’s digital presence, I personally designed and optimized a new conversion-focused website tailored to target key logistics hubs across Latin America. The goal was not just aesthetic—it was about performance. The site was built with:
1. SEO-driven content to generate high-quality leads
2. Localized targeting for specific cities and regions
3. Intuitive UX/UI to ensure easy customer navigation
After finalizing the design, I assembled and led a development team to execute the vision, ensuring seamless alignment between design strategy and technical implementation.
