Echos

UX/UI Design + Coding + Branding

Project Overview

Small businesses and entrepreneurs often struggle to provide effective customer support due to limited technical knowledge, time, and financial resources. Many rely on outdated or inefficient methods, missing out on the benefits of AI-driven automation that large corporations can afford. Recognizing WordPress as a widely used platform for non-technical users, we developed Echos, an AI-powered assistant that makes advanced customer engagement accessible and effortless. Instead of requiring complex setup or technical expertise, Echos allows users to launch a fully functional chatbot in less than 15 minutes by simply answering ten questions.

This chatbot not only understands and adapts to the business’s unique tone but also analyzes customer sentiment in real time, categorizing messages based on urgency and emotional tone. This ensures that businesses can prioritize critical interactions, address customer concerns proactively, and maintain a high level of engagement without requiring constant manual oversight. Additionally, session tracking and conversation logs provide valuable insights into customer behavior, allowing businesses to refine their messaging, improve response accuracy, and enhance overall user experience. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and everyday entrepreneurs, Echos transforms customer support into an intuitive, automated, and highly personalized experience—without the need for coding or AI expertise.

Echos was built using the Google Gemini AI platform, allowing it to understand and generate natural, context-aware responses. The backend, powered by PHP, ensures smooth integration into WordPress, while the JavaScript frontendprovides a dynamic and responsive interface for effortless interaction. A key challenge was making advanced AI tools feel simple and natural for non-technical users. We refined the system through multiple iterations, fine-tuning the chatbot’s ability to provide accurate and relevant responses. Looking ahead, we plan to enhance Echos with deeper insights into customer interactions, improved sentiment analysis to detect more nuanced emotions, and expanded compatibility beyond WordPress to reach a wider audience.
